Additional Info on $100,000 H-1B Fee

More information is now available about the presidential proclamation. It is intended to apply to future, yet to be filed H-1Bs, and current H-1B beneficiaries and visa holders appear to be unaffected by the $100,000 fee. It is still to be determined whether the fee will apply to cap-subject petitions only or to petitions exempt from the fee.
